Every year the City of Lake Jackson, Texas builds their own hill !
They take loads of dirt and form a slide with their "Parks & Rec's" equipment for "SNOWLAND" in a parking lot.
The dirt is covered with a tarp and then blown with 30,000 pounds
of snow, Wooden stairs get the kids (some kids are 30 years old or more) to the top. Later the dirt is scooped up and used elsewhere.
